We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen.

If your plans change and you are unable to make a show or event,

call the Theater at 925.350.9770 no later than

forty-eight (48) hours prior to showtime.

Tickets may be exchanged to a different performance of the same show
and price category, once, with no fee, subject to seating availability.
Subsequent changes shall incur a fee of $5 per ticket.

If a ticket is exchanged for one of higher-value, the difference must be paid.
Refunds will not be issued for exchanges to lower-value tickets.

If these options don’t work for you, then we can issue a refund
to your original payment method, less the credit card processing fee.
(We don’t get it, so we don’t have it to refund)
